Real estate includes a plethora of skills like negotiation, communication, and patience. Hello! I'm Kaushik. Currently studying Real Estate for my ISM class, I hope to engross the techniques to become a successful seller.

MISSION STATEMENT:
In my journey at ISM, my mission is to make pivotal interactions with the ones who will offer me knowledge about the realm of Real Estate. I will accept the failures and hiccups along the way, as these incidents will shape me, not define me. Walking through ISM, I want to hone skills that will help me communicate with higher officials, manage properties even in the most abstruse situations, and engross Real Estate's unknown techniques/secrets. My goal is not only to make friends for the comfort of my darkest times but also to learn from their mistakes and for myself to have an opportunity to impact their lives. After all, this journey will be an experience where I can express my emotions with the dearest friends and enemies I hope to meet.

I desire to find pleasure as I flip, resell, or refurbish houses, as I will not treat this as a job I'm enforced to do, but more as hobby and a professional job.
