Vision
Even though the realm of real estate was unknown to me, it was the adamant communication, the the proficiency of negotiation, and the lively force that attracted me. I saw something I'd enjoy. Moreover, I relish public speaking and generally talking with people, as it molds me into becoming more social. Since I'm already proficient public speaking to an extent, I can use real estate as a time to endorse that. Public speaking and communication will deepen my relationship with clients. On the other hand, negotiation will deepen my relationship with the entire world.
Real estate also requirement a level of patience, which is something I lack at times. However, even if I lack patience, I can utilize this opportunity to sharpen my ability with acting patiently with others. Since I am having trouble being more patient, real estate may guide me to be more patient.
Additionally, I know that real estate require time management. Time management is essential, as I will need book time out of my day for clients in an organized manner. This conveys how real estate includes skills that one would utilize in their everyday lives.

Viewing articles and videos over the logistics of real estate
Initiating deep research over real estate to completely understand the requirements and skills it takes
I've gradually been taking steps into conducting my research over real estate. Recently, I found some information involving the types of real estates and how they distinguish from each other. Reviewing the logistics of real estate, I became more aware of its foundation and requirements. Next, I will start researching the art of real estate and the secrets it holds in order to become a finer realtor.
Based on what I have read, Land Use and Property Taxes looks like an interesting topic for my research next week, as I was previously researching about the concept of Land real estate. Studying Land Use and Property Taxes will help me understand the basics of deal rates, which will help me with my initial deals as a realtor.
