The Initiation
I had to gather all the concepts I had learned throughout the entire year, whether it was real estate syndication or private lending. Organizing these concepts accordingly, I would make brief 8-minute videos explaining them. Through this process, I have also learned how to obtain an audience and advertise myself through the YouTube analytics system. Through the audience I have acquired through LinkedIn and my network from previous ISM events, I hope to attract many novice real estate investors since I was once in that place. I had to input the editing skills I had learned, and through this entire process, I have learned that creating this YouTube channel wouldn't be the hard part. The hard part would be attracting the right audience since it would be primarily for novice real estate investors who are willing to listen to a 17th-year-old learning real estate from a 22-year-old mentor.
The Process
I had the plan to follow the exact layout of how I learned the real estate concepts myself. Every time I was browsing online or Kobe was overviewing them through our mentor visits, I took detailed notes of the concepts. I would synthesize online resources from other content creators and trusted sources to make my own videos and put the notes in the description for an in-depth review. This would help novice investors significantly because it doesn't just expose them to real estate concepts to make money, but to understand the newer money generator forms of real estate like mobile-home park investing.
