The Preparation
Through relentless preparation for my research speech, I concisely and precisely shaped my research based off of my time reading articles, calling professionals, and working on assessments for ISM. This evidently expanded my skills, as it assisted me to narrow down my targeted issue of inflationary periods and REIT coverage. Through the gradual process of creating this slideshow, I intergrated quotes from Kobe Xin, a global real estate agent, and graphics in order to potray my knowledge and trends of inflationary periods. I also prepared for the speech by rehearsing various times to exemplify my character of persistance.
Kobe's Impact
Kobe helped me learn the absence of "red tape" in the real estate realm, differentiations between real estate agents and investors, casual networking, and how real estate marketing works in the real world. This examination of real world experiences helped me form a proficient understanding of how real estate functioned and the overall outcome that is received from the learning process.
Creating the Hook
A special and eccentric component of my speech was most definitely my hook. In order to captivate my audience, I employed a relatable example to attract my audience and familiarize themselves with the supposed topic that I was going to talk about. This also ties in with my original work since my original work was an imposed solution on the conflict at hand: unprecedented and uncovered inflationary periods. I hope this learning process will help me understand how I can tackle this issue and potentially become a successful real estate agent one day.
