The Preparation Phase
After putting up my final touches and taping QR codes that took my audience to my Original Work and Digital Portfolio, I wanted to ensure I was verbally ready and surmise points that will entice my audience. I desired to quantify statistics that I was stating, like stating that my mentor was the top 1% of his real estate agency team eXp Realty. I have learned that quantification is visually appealing and convincing. Moreover, I have also learned that integrating real life examples/scenarios in my presentation will allow my audience to visualize and understand my motive. In my case, if there was a group of people, I would sectionalize a certain amount of people who were yearning to invest and the rest of the people as an investor and formulate a real life example to illustrate my final product idea.
Final Takeaways
At the end of the showcase, I finally understood the value of personal network and advertising because I had to convert what I offered to my people into a brand. Your network is most definitely your net worth since it isn't the amount of people you know, but the type of people you know and what type of unique intellectual mindset they hold.
