A Call Back
After my first interview, I felt ecstatic. I learned various topics from that interview, ranging from the process of Real Estate Investing and holding an agency, flipping houses, attaining a real estate license, and the journey of holding an agency in real estate. We stayed in touch and Mr. Kobe was alright with having another interview with me. I had a second interview with Mr. Kobe and felt like my foundation of the realm of real estate was progressing exponentially.
Skills to Refine
In the time before my second interview, I was perfecting my Research Speech slides on my journey of Real Estate, compiling my research assessments on the topic of REITs, investing, and the risks of real estate. This allowed me to construct a goal of predicting inflationary periods since these periods were conflicting with seller's houses' values and evidently depreciated them over time. I put time aside to reflect on my work and exert my knowledge on my presentation. Moreover, this presentation was instilled with the inspiration I attained through my conferences with Mr. Kobe.
An Overestimation
I somewhat overestimated my actions, as I greatly believed that I had proficient flow in my dialogue. Although, this realization of my overestimation should not discourage me from reach my maximum potentials. This aided me to acknowledged my weaknesses and practice them through rehearsals of my research speech. I have been always been passionate with speeches and public speaking; however, since this section of real estate research was extremely specific and meticulous, I had to spend more effort and time to improve the flow of my dialogues.
